This weeks cocktail is one for the boys:) & we’re dedicating it to the one & only Padraig Harrington.
in a non-stick pan, cook the grated lime zest with 1 tsp. sugar;
pour the drink into a champagne glass; sprinkle with the lime zest;
garnish with a slice of lime pricked with a golf tee.
